Our reporter interviewed this famous doctor. Dr. Professor Augusto D. Litonjua explains in detail his method of dealing with diabetes.
Reporter: Dear Professor Augusto D. Litonjua, you have repeatedly stated that cleansing the pancreas is the mainstay of diabetes therapy. Why do you think that?
Dr. Augusto D. Litonjua: It's simple. The functioning of all organs and internal systems depends on the quality of blood supply. After all, the blood supply is the supply of oxygen and nutrients as well as the input of carbon dioxide and metabolic products to the internal organs. As children, in adolescence and young adulthood, we move a lot, blood vessels are new, elastic, clean, the nutrition of the organs is maximum. But as we get older, we move less and less and our blood vessels start to get dirty. This is due to many factors, not only harmful (such as smoking, poor diet, ecology, sedentary lifestyle), but also completely natural (for example, lipid deposition, happens to everyone).
And what are contaminated blood vessels? Imagine that the pipes have not been cleaned for a long time. What happens? As a result, the pipes are covered with a thick layer of rust, lime and insoluble deposits, and the water itself becomes tasteless. The same goes for internal organs. When cholesterol or other substances are deposited in the blood vessels, the blood becomes contaminated and the blood supply is not as it should be. As a result, all organs and systems are affected and stop functioning in the way nature intended. The same thing happens with the pancreas. It produces insulin, which breaks down sugar in the blood. When blood vessels are clogged, the pancreas cannot do its job and cells stop working properly with insulin.
